Threat Hunter Program Manager [2022-074]

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will lead a large cyber contract focused on intelligence operations and analysis, and will maintain complete oversight and management responsibility for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This effort will include the staffing required to accomplish a total of 60 missions/DIB partner Assistance visits per calendar year. Due to the specialized nature of this work, the contractor staff supporting the Cyber Threat Hunting mission must be exceptionally well qualified, to include extensive technical work experience in the areas described, formal and informal education/training and possess the required industry technical certification(s).

Required Skills:

• IAT Level 3 (CASP, CCNP, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH)

• 7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Mathematics, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or International Relations.

• Project management experience supporting stakeholders, requirements, schedules, and delivering while balancing risks.

• The following skills/experience/knowledge are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:

• Understand functions that support policies and operations and have experience working with Federal, State, and local stakeholders.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Leading cybersecurity projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

• Defining project workflows, managing resources, and prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results

• Designing appropriate processes for intelligence operations, and analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships

• Developing governance and strategic documentation to enhance current or create new programs

• Developing and presenting leadership briefings

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000. Please note, salary is based on education, experience, and responsibilities.
