System Analyst Principal – Communications and Network [2022-063]

Systems Engineering/Admin

• Collaborate within project teams to provide network solutions for engineering projects

• Collaborate with project teams in the planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment

• Collaborate with internal and government stakeholders to assure system designs comply with requirements/best practices

• Apply methods and techniques to assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of architecture change recommendations and CONOPS change recommendations

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:


• Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively manage competing demands, prioritize appropriately, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Strong at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Experience designing and implementing network infrastructures in secure environments

• Knowledge of Internet Protocols, communication protocols, data and network security

• Experience working with design principles and applications

• Network + certification preferred

Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent combination of experience and education

8+ years of experience in network communications depending on education

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000. Please note, salary is based on education, experience, and responsibilities.
