Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)/Systems Administrator [2022-020]

Cybersecurity

Perform Account Administration for DoD and AF cybersecurity management tools to include eMASS and Enterprise Reporting System (ERS) Defense Cyberscope (DCS) web application module. Track and maintain all cybersecurity tool account requests and account creation/deletion actions. Perform Tier 1 cybersecurity tool account/container operations, management, and troubleshooting for MAJCOM-wide users. Lead cybersecurity tool collaborations by managing enhancement requests and participating in working groups.

Manage MAJCOM DCS module structure and user accounts for all MAJCOM participating organizations. Perform account administration for Information Technology Investment Portfolio System (ITIPS). Manage ITIPS account request process. Operate as ITIPS Tier 1 help desk for MAJCOM users. Coordinate ITIPS training requirements for MAJCOM users.



Required Skills:

• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity governance such as DoDI 8500.1, DoDI 8510.01, AFI 17-101, and AFMAN 17-1301

• Must have demonstrated detailed experience with eMASS functionality and operations.

• Must have demonstrated experience administering applications

• Ability to diagnose application problems, perform initial troubleshooting actions, and coordinate resolution with application owner/vendor.

• Must have demonstrated experience with Tier 1 help desk troubleshooting duties and communicating with dispersed users.

• Strong customer services and problem solving skills.

• Experience managing application or network accounts, to include the account request process, as well as creating, modifying, disabling, and deleting accounts.

• Immediately informs all users if any equipment goes down or is unavailable due to maintenance and informs users when equipment is available after maintenance is completed.

• Works with maintenance personnel to perform necessary maintenance actions.

• Knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues due to firewall, load balancer, proxy, and others.

• Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels.

• Travel up to 10%

• Work will be performed onsite.
